Hi, I’m Brandy the founder of lulamoss. I have worked in florals and events for over 23 years now and find it to be the perfect creative outlet for many years as I worked a normal office job. I had been doing florals for years and finally launched it with the gentle nudge from some clients in NYC. I decided to name it after someone that played a significant role in my life though I never met her. Lula Moss-Smith was my great grandmother and her love for spreading beauty and joy to others through her warm personality and flowers was what Lula was known for. I remember my Mom telling me stories of going to her farm and spending days in the garden with Lula and how she always knew she was loved when she spent time with her. I know I have a bit of Lula’s spirit as I hope that whoever I interact with experiences love and hospitality.

Each year it has been exciting to expand lulamoss into something new. First few years our focus was wedding florals, custom arrangement orders and getting some recognition in the crazy city of NYC. I was named one of the upcoming wedding florists by Vogue. Then after taking some time off I moved back to our roots in the South and have worked with some amazing partners since. Creating a company that uses my floral experience and event planning skills has been a dream of mine for years. Our portfolio ranges from large scale custom florals, to event activation producyion, creating gift boxes for clients, and event coordination. I am excited to continue to grow with lulamoss and my clients!
